Lawrence works with organisations when the people decision is too important to get wrong. He advises chief executives, trustees and senior leaders on workplace investigations, employee relations, restructuring, settlement strategy, governance and material people risk.

Skip is the Chief Entertainment Officer. He is responsible for morale, biscuit audits and reminding everyone that not every problem improves when stared at for another hour. He also turns up across this website when something has gone missing or needs a moment to load.
